GRAND ISLAND — A burglary was reported at a newly built residence on West 19th Street in Grand Island.
The report was made to the Grand Island Police Department that between Friday, April 12 and Monday, April 15, someone broke into the residence by forcing in the back door which resulted in damage to the door frame.
Several tools were taken from within the residence.
The case remains under investigation.
